General

MultiStopPlanner ("the service") — the app and the website app.multistopplanner.com — is operated by Company Anyweb. By using the service you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. Questions: [email protected].

What the service does

The service works out a driving order between addresses, estimates arrival times and hands navigation over to Waze or Google Maps. It is not a navigation system and is not responsible for the driving directions of navigation apps.

Estimates only

• Arrival times, travel times, time saved, Road 6 costs, parking occupancy, loading-zone signs and Shabbat and holiday times are estimates from outside sources and may be inaccurate or out of date.
• The Road 6 cost is an estimate only; the actual charge is set by the road operator.
• Home Front Command alerts in the service are extra information only and do not replace the official Home Front Command app and channels. Do not rely on them for protection.
• Parking and sign data comes from the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality. The sign on the street always prevails.

Safety on the road

The driver is responsible for driving safely and obeying traffic laws, signs and police instructions. Do not handle the phone while driving — plan the route before you set off or while the vehicle is stopped.

Your account

• You can use the service without signing up (a guest account) or sign in with Google. A guest account is tied to the app installation on the phone; uninstalling the app may lose access to it.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your account and for everything done in it.

What you enter

• The addresses, routes and customer details you enter belong to you. You allow us to process them only to run the service, as described in the privacy policy.
• When you enter other people's details (name, phone, door code), you are responsible for being allowed to use them for your work.

Prohibited use

Do not use the service for anything illegal; try to get around the free plan's limits, break into or overload the servers; extract data automatically; or copy, reverse-engineer or resell the service. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Free plan and Pro subscription

• The free plan has the limits shown on the pricing page. We may change them and will tell you in advance.
• Pro is bought in Google Play or the App Store at the price shown there in shekels. It renews automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel it at any time in the store you bought it in (on an iPhone: Apple ID settings); cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
• A free trial, if offered, turns into a paid subscription when it ends unless cancelled before.
• Refunds follow Google Play's or the App Store's policy and the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.
• A promo code gives Pro for the period stated in it and cannot be exchanged for money.

Third-party services

The service uses Google maps and data. Their use is subject to the Google Maps Terms (https://maps.google.com/help/terms_maps/) and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). Waze, Google Maps, Pango and Cello open as separate apps under their own terms.

Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is". We keep improving it and may add, change or remove features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Company Anyweb is not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including delays, undelivered orders, parking and traffic fines, Road 6 charges or lost income — arising from using the service or relying on its estimates. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event.

Ending

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time (Settings → "Delete account"). Deleting the account does not cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We will post changes here and, for material changes, in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
